A New Jersey native and active yoga practitioner since 2015 throughout many studios in NJ and NYC.
My practice and connection to yoga continues to change and evolve over time. It is through yoga that I found peace, self-love and happiness. It is my hope to be able to bring the benefits of yoga into other people’s lives so that they can find what they need in themselves to feel the same.
