Our in-person classes offer a variety of styles—from grounding slow flows to energizing vinyasa and deeply restorative sessions—designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Each class is intentionally crafted to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner self, in a supportive,

community-driven environment. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, there's space for you here.

Yoga on the Beach

Tuesdays, May 27th - August 26th

Breathe in the fresh lake air, feel the sand beneath your feet, and flow with the rhythm of nature. This seasonal class takes place on the peaceful shores of Lake Swannanoa, offering a unique opportunity to connect with yourself and the natural world around you.

Each class is a gentle, all-levels flow designed to meet you where you are—whether you're looking to stretch and strengthen or simply slow down and restore. With options to modify or deepen each posture, this practice is accessible and welcoming for all bodies and experience levels.

This practice boosts flexibility, spinal alignment, and circulation while reducing stress and promoting restful sleep. A full-body reset that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
