Designed for all levels, it’s perfect if you’re seeking recovery, stress relief, or simply time to care for yourself. The practice closes with a restorative pose, helping your nervous system shift into deep rest. With props like blankets, bolsters, or blocks, you’ll create comfort and stillness, leaving class lighter, calmer, and ready to move through the rest of your week with peace. 1 hour live online class.
